1. Service Description

ResiManager is a SaaS platform designed to help manage residential properties and real estate projects. It enables managers, trustees, and co-owners to efficiently handle administrative and financial aspects. Main features include:

• Management of payments from residents or co-owners: each member has a secure account to view their subscriptions and payments.
• Handling cases of withdrawal or replacement of clients with automatic project data adjustment.
• Internal or public announcement management.
• Monitoring of shared expenses across one or more projects.
• Generation of real-time dynamic reports on expenses, revenues, and balances.
• User administration with detailed role and access control.

2. Service Access

The user accesses the service through a personal account created upon registration. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website. They generally include a monthly or yearly subscription, with optional paid modules depending on selected features.

4. Payment

Payments are made online via a secure payment gateway. In case of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended.

5. Termination

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.

5bis. Cancellation and Refunds

The user may cancel their subscription at any time via their personal dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is issued for periods already started, except in cases of error attributable to ResiManager. Promotional or free trial periods may include specific cancellation terms shown at registration.

6. Liability

We strive to provide continuous access to the platform, except in cases of maintenance or force majeure. We are not liable for fraudulent use of login credentials.

7. Data Protection

User data is handled confidentially and is never sold. In accordance with legislation, users can request access, modification, or deletion of their data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, the courts of Agadir will have jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
