Delete your ResiManager account and data

If you wish to delete your account created in the ResiManager mobile application, please follow the steps below.

1. Identify your account

Send an email to contact@ghaythapp.com from the same email address used to create your ResiManager account.

2. What we delete

Once we receive your request, the following will be permanently deleted within 7 days:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone)
  • Your residence membership and associated access
  • Your usage data and login activity

3. What we retain

For legal and administrative reasons, some transactional or anonymized data may be retained for up to 6 months before being fully purged.
